Meet the Team

Michael Maestro — Maintenance & Service Technician.

The tech who does maintenance the right way: cabinet open, coil torn down, and washed until the fins run clear. Michael keeps Treasure Coast systems breathing through Florida heat and salt air.

Michael Maestro of Maritime Air Co. performing a full condenser coil cleaning on a residential AC unit
Michael mid-service: condenser cabinet opened and the coil washed from the inside out — the only way to actually restore airflow and heat rejection.

Maintenance done all the way through.

Most "tune-ups" in Florida are a hose sprayed at the outside of a condenser and a signature on a work order. Michael does it differently. He pulls the fan and shroud, opens the cabinet, and washes the coil from the inside out so the dirt actually leaves the unit instead of packing deeper into the fins. That single difference is the gap between a system that limps along at high head pressure and one that cools efficiently for years.

What he handles on your call.

Condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, drain-line flushing and treatment, filter service, capacitor and contactor inspection, amp and voltage readings, refrigerant-pressure and superheat verification, and honest documentation of what he found. When something is trending toward failure, you hear about it before it strands you on a 95-degree afternoon — not after.

Built for coastal conditions.

Working the Treasure Coast means fighting salt air, humidity, and biological growth year-round. Michael knows what corrosion looks like in its early stages, which coils are worth saving, and which preventive steps genuinely extend equipment life here. He works alongside Devon and the senior technicians, and he leaves every property cleaner than he found it.
