Built by Treasure Coast locals, for Treasure Coast comfort.
Maritime Air Co. started the way most good HVAC companies start: a senior tech who got tired of watching commission-driven national franchises sell oversized equipment to neighbors who needed honest service. We opened in downtown Fort Pierce because that's where we live — and because the salt-air corrosion problems on Hutchinson Island and the marine HVAC needs at Fort Pierce City Marina aren't a side hustle for us. They're the work.
Today we cover residential AC repair and installation, commercial rooftop and split-system service, and a full marine HVAC division for yachts and sportfish across every Treasure Coast marina. The owner still rides on emergency calls. The dispatcher still picks up the phone. And the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Maritime Air Co. is owner-operated out of our Fort Pierce shop. Our lead technicians carry EPA Universal certification, NATE training on residential and light-commercial systems, and dedicated marine HVAC factory training on Cruisair and Dometic chiller systems. We invest in continuing education every year — refrigerants, variable-speed inverter diagnostics, and IAQ standards don't stand still, and neither do we.
