Most HVAC companies tell you what they do. We tell you what we promise — and put our name on it. These ten commitments apply to every residential, commercial, and marine job we run.
Or call you back the same business day. No phone tree, no overseas call center, no "someone will reach out." Devon — or someone he personally trained — answers.
You see the number. You approve it. Then we work. Period. There are no "surprise repairs" mid-job and no "while we were in there" line items at the bottom of the invoice.
Every repair-vs-replace conversation passes the same test: would Devon do this for his own family? If the answer is no, we won't recommend it to you.
Drop cloths. Shoe covers. Vacuumed floors. Wiped condensers. Empty trash bags taken with us. Your home, business, or boat gets handed back better than we found it.
Not three weeks later when it's too late. Manufacturer paperwork is filed before our truck leaves the driveway. You get a copy of the registration confirmation in your email.
10-year parts and labor on qualifying installs (with Captain's Comfort Club enrollment). 1-year warranty on all repair labor. 90-day parts & labor on marine rebuild work. Written, signed, and honored — no fine-print loopholes.
2-hour arrival windows. A text when the tech is en route. If we are running late, you hear about it from us — before you have to call to ask. Your time is worth as much as ours.
Every replaced compressor, capacitor, contactor, fan motor, and circuit board is bagged and left with you. Want to take it to a second opinion? Good. We welcome it.
No "this could explode." No "this is a fire hazard" unless it actually is. No fake urgency. Just the facts about your equipment and what to do about it.
Maritime Air Co. is locally owned, family operated, and built to outlast its founders. We're not flipping the company. We're building something our kids can inherit. Your warranty will be honored as long as we say it will.
If we ever fall short of any one of these commitments, call Devon directly. We'll make it right.
