No. Captain's Cooling Club is a comprehensive preventative maintenance program — condenser teardown and coil cleaning, electrical testing, blower and evaporator inspection, coil and duct sanitizing, drain flush with Viper® treatment, and full performance verification. A typical 'tune-up' is a 20-minute filter change and a quick look. This is the real thing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. It's a simple annual membership. We earn your renewal each year by doing the work right.
Does this cover commercial or marine systems?+
No — the Captain's Cooling Club is designed for residential HVAC systems only. Commercial buildings and marine vessels have very different equipment, runtimes, and operational requirements, so we build custom maintenance programs tailored to each customer.
