What counts as an HVAC emergency?+
Total loss of cooling in Florida heat, water leaking from an air handler into a ceiling, an electrical or burning smell from the unit, or refrigerant icing on the lineset. Call us — we'll triage on the phone and dispatch if needed.
Do you answer the phone after hours?+
