Carrier Infinity Touch (SYSTXCCITC01)
The flagship — required to unlock variable-speed, communicating zoning, Infinity Air Purifier control, humidity setpoints, and dealer remote service. Works only with Carrier Infinity and Performance Edge equipment. Replacement runs $450–$700 installed.
Carrier Côr Wi-Fi (TP-WEM01-A)
Wi-Fi smart thermostat that works with most Carrier (and other brand) 24V systems. Remote control, scheduling, energy reports — no communicating bus required.
Carrier standard programmables
Battery-powered or hardwired 24V thermostats — reliable, simple, no Wi-Fi. Sometimes the best choice for rentals and second homes.

Common Questions
Can I use a Nest or Ecobee on my Carrier system?+
On standard single-stage and 2-stage Carrier systems, yes. On Carrier Infinity, no — Infinity is a communicating system and requires the Infinity Touch thermostat to function fully.
My Infinity Touch screen went black — is it dead?+
Often the 24V power feed has lost continuity (a tripped float switch, a loose A/B wire, or a failed transformer). We diagnose and repair Infinity Touch issues regularly.
Is the Côr thermostat still supported?+
Côr was discontinued, but existing units still function and connect. We can replace failed Côr units with a current Carrier or Ecobee equivalent.
