Why 'near me' matters in HVAC
Air conditioning failures in Florida are time-sensitive. Every hour a system is down, indoor humidity climbs, paint and electronics sweat, and pets get miserable. A contractor 5 miles away can be on your driveway before an out-of-county tech finishes their first coffee. We've built our entire dispatch model around staying close.
Where 'near me' lives for us
We routinely service these cities the same day:
- Port St. Lucie, FL (HQ — 2157 NW Settle Ave A8)
- Fort Pierce, FL
- Tradition / St. Lucie West
- Stuart, FL
- Jensen Beach, FL
- Palm City, FL
- Hutchinson Island, FL
- Vero Beach, FL (south Indian River County)
What we fix on a 'near me' call
Most no-cool calls trace back to a handful of root causes: failed dual-run capacitors, locked compressors, blown contactors, low refrigerant from coil leaks, frozen evaporators, clogged condensate drains, and bad thermostats. We arrive with a stocked truck and the parts to fix 80% of failures on the first visit.

Common Questions
What does 'AC repair near me' actually mean on the Treasure Coast?+
It means a contractor whose shop is close enough to reach your house in under 90 minutes. Maritime Air Co. is headquartered at 2157 NW Settle Ave A8 in Port St. Lucie, central to Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Vero Beach, and Hutchinson Island. Out-of-county shops add hours of windshield time.
How fast can you get to my home?+

Is the phone diagnostic really free?+
Yes. Call (772) 236-4277 and the owner or a senior tech will walk you through likely failures, what they cost to repair, and whether a service visit is even worth it for your equipment age.
Do you charge a trip fee?+
We waive trip / diagnostic fees when you approve repair work the same visit. If you decide not to repair, our standard diagnostic fee is among the lowest on the Treasure Coast and we tell you the number before we dispatch.
