Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Service

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems across the Treasure Coast. Deliver the kind of honest, craftsman-level work that earns 5-star reviews and lifelong customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair split systems, package units, and mini-splits
  • Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Complete Captain's Cooling Club maintenance visits
  • Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
  • Keep the company truck stocked, clean, and organized
  • Document every job thoroughly in the field service app

Qualifications

  • EPA 608 certification
  • 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong electrical and refrigeration fundamentals
  • Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
  • Customer-first attitude and professional appearance
  • Comfortable on ladders, in attics, and on roofs

HVAC Installation Technician

Residential and Commercial HVAC Installations

Install premium residential and commercial HVAC systems built to perform in Florida's salt air and humidity. Take pride in clean copper, level pads, and start-ups done by the book.

Responsibilities

  • Install complete residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Run refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and electrical whips
  • Fabricate or modify duct transitions as needed
  • Pressure test, evacuate, and properly charge systems
  • Perform start-up, commissioning, and customer walk-through
  • Leave every job site cleaner than you found it

Qualifications

  • EPA 608 certification
  • Prior HVAC install experience (lead or helper)
  • Brazing and basic sheet metal skills
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat
  • Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

Marine HVAC Technician

Marine AC, Chillers, Refrigeration, Pumps, Controls, Water-Cooled Systems

Service and install marine HVAC systems on yachts, sportfish, and trawlers up and down the Treasure Coast. Work on water-cooled chillers, self-contained units, refrigeration, raw water pumps, and modern control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair water-cooled and chilled water marine HVAC systems
  • Service raw water pumps, strainers, and through-hull components
  • Troubleshoot marine controls (Dometic, Cruisair, Marine Air, Webasto)
  • Service and install marine refrigeration
  • Perform sea trials and verify performance under load
  • Communicate professionally with captains, owners, and yard managers

Qualifications

  • EPA 608 certification
  • Marine HVAC, chiller, or refrigeration experience preferred
  • Comfortable working on vessels, in engine rooms, and at marinas
  • Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting
  • Boat-safe work habits and professional appearance
  • Valid Florida driver's license
